When considering outsourcing billing or changing providers, there are often questions about the necessary steps and how long it takes to get started. For most clients, ABS can begin billing within two weeks time. Coordination with your existing billing resources is sometimes helpful (though not necessary) to minimize impact to workflow. ABS' initial process includes analysis of your current workflow needs, coordination with insurance payer and clearinghouse providers, or other services deemed essential to establish consistent billing for your practice.

During initial set-up, we work with you and your staff to review internal procedures and streamline other steps of the revenue collection process. This will enable your practice to receive the highest reimbursement and the quickest turnaround time possible on claims.
